Join the St. Andrews Heritage Centre and Red River North Tourism at the Age Friendly Building, 6 Riverview Street in St. Andrews, to learn about “Seed Starting.” The Rectory Master Gardeners group, ‘”Gardeners Share North,” will show you how to start your own flowers and vegetables, getting you ready to plant in the Spring! Transplanting trays and growing medium will be provided. **This workshop is a part of the “Come Grow with Us” Series offered by Red River North Tourism** Join us for a 2 hour hands on workshop to learn :

  • How and when to start your vegetables and flowers
  • Proper lighting, water and temperatures
Seeds that will be provided include: Petunias, impatiens, pansies, milkweed, hot pepper, onion, tomato/salad greens. Registration is required and it is $5/person. Payments can be made by e-transfer to standrewsmuseum@hotmail.ca.  If you require an alternative method of payment please call us at 204-339-6396 and we will make arrangements with you.  Refunds are not permitted.  Limited spots available.
